"You Are What You Eat"...That doesn't mean that if you eat vegetables, you become one. What it means, is that your body is made of what it draws from the foods that you give it. If you eat good, nutritious foods you will be healthier and live longer than if you don't. I've linked to a couple of good nutrition websites that will give you more facts than you probably want. Exercise:
It's impossible to overstate the importance of exercise. Nature designed us for purposeful movement. Study after study has shown that active people live longer, and feel better than those who live sedentary lifestyles. In this site I've gathered a number of exercises, both for stretching and strengthening. Just for fun I've also included directions to some great spots for a good long walk. Off you go! click
